For 25 years, The Casual Observer’s founder has designed and delivered tailored training solutions across multiple industries. A pivotal moment came while working on the British Army’s Iraq and Afghanistan pre-deployment training cycle, where scenario-based learning — using simulations and role-play — proved essential in preparing soldiers for real-world challenges. Every deployed soldier underwent this immersive training, which significantly improved mission readiness and reduced cultural misunderstandings in operation theatre.
