Build a coding mindset—without the screens!

Fortitude Academy’s after-school workshops bring the excitement of coding into a fun, hands-on activity without hours of screen time. Designed for children aged 9 to 11, these sessions develop problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and creativity through interactive challenges, physical activities, and engaging puzzles.

By the end of the year, children will not only understand the core principles of coding but also be able to write simple programs in Python.

What they’ll explore:

• Process Design – Learn to think like a programmer by giving clear, structured instructions.
• Ciphers & Codes – Crack the secrets of the Caesar cipher and substitution ciphers.
• Debugging & Problem-Solving – Master the art of spotting and fixing mistakes
• Hands-on Python Coding – Gradually build coding confidence, leading up to writing simple Python programs by the end of the year.
